Campus Safety Security Officer - Full-Time

Overview
This individual will be a member of the Department of Campus Safety and will report to shift supervisors; the department's command staff; and the Director of Campus Life. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must be willing to submit to background check
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work shifts and special events outside of normal schedule
• Ability to work in physically challenging environment (inclimate weather; standing/walking for extended periods)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include campus patrol and associated patrol duties, responding to emergencies, assisting with traffic control, issuing traffic citations and other safety-related duties.
