Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology

Millsaps College invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position to begin August 2014. We seek a broadly-trained biologist with expertise in human physiology and anatomy or a related field who is committed to excellence in teaching in a liberal arts environment. The successful applicant is expected to teach human anatomy, human physiology and introductory biology.  

Institutional support for faculty research includes funds for faculty travel and core laboratory facilities to support research in molecular biology, microbiology, and microscopy.

A Ph.D. is required and must be completed by August 15, 2014.
