We help you prepare for your job search and then assist you in locating opportunities. A few of our services include:
1) Our online job posting system
Current students and alumni of Millsaps College may register with our online system, College Central Network, at no cost. This system houses full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities posted at Millsaps. Students and alumni may also upload resumes and create portfolios
2) Our online job-search management system
Current students and alumni of Millsaps College may utilize CareerShift, our job-search and career management system, free. It has integrated applications to manage your job search, locate companies and employer contacts and job opportunities, then tailor, organize, and house your documents and correspondence.
3) On-campus recruiting
The Career Center brings employers to the Millsaps College campus for information sessions and on-campus interviewing. If students are interested in submitting their resume for open positions, activity is coordinated through email.
3) Referral services
Upon request, the Career Center will refer resumes of Millsaps students and alumni to local, regional, national, and global employers.
4) Annual events and information sessions
The Career Center coordinates events and information sessions each semester so that companies and organizations can recruit students for full-time employment. Be sure to check our calendar for the next event.
