The Millsaps Office of Communications provides some photo services to on-campus clients. If you have a photo request for an event that takes place during normal working hours, please notify us in writing via email 5 working days prior to the day you require services. If the request is for an event that takes place outside of normal working hours, please notify us in writing 7 working days in advance so that we can schedule photographers to meet your needs. Please email all photography requests to the Communications Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Millsaps Office of Communications will prioritize incoming requests and fill them according to availability.
Priority requests: Photo requests that will receive priority will be those intended to provide photos for use on the college web site, in a publication or brochure, or for public relations purposes (headshots, media placement, etc.). Photography for the majority of special events will be handled by student photography interns. Please note that we do not supply photography support for retirement or going-away parties, personal use, most archival uses, or generally photographs for no external purpose.
