The Millsaps College Alumni Association is open and free to all alumni and is comprised of chapters in different areas across the country. Each of the chapters, and the association as a whole, focuses on encouraging support for Millsaps and building connections among alumni.
The association, and each chapter, has six areas of focus: to assist the College in recruitment of prospective students (Admissions Committee); to encourage alumni giving (Giving Committee); to strengthen career networking opportunities (Career Development/Networking Committee); to build alumni engagement in the life of the College (Visibility and Engagement Committee); to support and develop alumni chapters (Chapter Development), and to assist in planning and implementing special events (Homecoming and Special Events Committee)
Admissions committee will assist with the organization and implementation of the following activities:
Giving committee will involve alumni with the assistance of promoting charitable giving to the college, including:
Career Networking committee will assist the Career Center with the involvement of Alumni in the following areas:
Visibility and Engagement will communicate a clear, consistent message about Millsaps to Millsaps alumni:
Chapter Development will organize local alumni chapters:
Homecoming and Special Events committee will work with the Alumni Office planning and implementing all alumni special events:
