STERLING, Va. – After
knocking off Hendrix College, 78-55, in its regular season finale in
the Hangar Dome on "Senior Day" to complete a perfect 14-0
home slate, Millsaps moved up two spots from No. 24 to No. 22 in this
week's D3hoops.com Top 25 Poll.
Winners of seven-straight games heading into the SCAC Tournament on Friday in
Conway, Ark., the Majors (No. 1 West) currently sit at 22-3 overall, the fourth-best
record in men's basketball history to date. They will face Rhodes College (No.
4 East) at 6 p.m. on Friday.
The D3hoops.com Top 25 is voted on by a
panel of 25 coaches, SIDs and media members from across the country,
and is published weekly.
