JACKSON, Miss. - The Millsaps College Lady Majors traveled to Arkansas this weekend, eventually falling to the Hendrix Lady Warriors by a score of 102-80.

The Lady Majors played a tight game with the Lady Warriors in the first half of play. Hendrix held no more than a four point lead over Millsaps in the first 13 minutes of action. Much of the half was spent in ties and back and forth points battles.

At halftime, Millsaps held a four point advantage over Hendrix, 45-41.

The momentum of the game began to shift early in the second half. With the game tied at 50, Hendrix player Tori Huggins sunk a three-point shot, followed by a Hendrix tip-in, another three-point shot and a jump shot to give the Warriors an eight point lead in the game.

The Lady Warriors continued to pull away throughout the remainder of the game before eventually taking the win.

Lindsey Alderman led Millsaps with 21 points in the contest, followed by Miranda Rosar with 20. The Lady Majors will travel to Rhodes College on Sunday for their final game of the season.
