JACKSON, Miss. - The Millsaps College Lady Majors closed out their 2005-2006 regular season campaign, losing to the Lynx of Rhodes College on Sun. Feb, 19.

Millsaps played a consistent ballgame, but Rhodes shot well from the three-point arc, making over 50 percent of their three point shots. 

At the half, the Lynx led the Lady Majors by a score of 45-39. They were able to hold on for the eventual victory, winning 89-73.

Crystal Dickerson led the way for Millsaps with 19 points.

The loss brings the Lady Majors regular season to an end, finishing with an 8-16 (3-11) record. The Lady Majors are now looking forward to the conference tournament and their first round match-up with DePauw University.
