D3football.com All-South Region Third Team... played and started in all 10 games and has not missed one game in his career... graded out in the high 80's all season... developed into a dominant pass blocker with great hands and great upper body strength... did not give up a sack all season.

2006: Played in all 11 games as a true freshman on the offensive line... gave up just one sack all season.

High School: A four-year letterman in football on the offensive/defensive line for coach Billy Coleman at Region 8-5A A.P. Brewer High School... a two-time all-area selection... also lettered two years in track in the discuss.

Personal: Son of Johnny and Maerha Shivers... born and raised in Birmingham, Ala... has two sisters, Carrie and Kiristin... plays with great toughness and effort... majoring in business at Millsaps.
