SUWANEE, Ga. -- After taking 3 of 4 games from conference foe Austin College to sit atop the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) West standings at 3-1, freshman third baseman Jennifer McKinley has been selected the Offensive Player-of-the-Week for games played Monday, March 19 through Sunday, March 25.

A product of Frisco, Texas, McKinley batted .467 on the weekend (7-for-15) with seven runs scored, six RBIs, two doubles and two homeruns to lead the Majors' offensive attack.

McKinley hit safely in every game this weekend to push her team-best average to .449 while smashing her second and third homeruns of the year. She currently ranks first in the conference in hits (35) and doubles (nine), second in RBIs (21) and total bases (53), third in homeruns (three) and 10th in batting average.

Millsaps will travel to Conway, Ark., for its next conference series, facing off with Hendrix College in a pair of doubleheaders on March 31 and April 1.

Saturday's first pitch is slated for 1 p.m. with Sunday's game scheduled for a noon start.

The Majors and Warriors split a 4-game set last year.
