Majors raise their record to 5-2 with a 7-2 win over Western New England College. 

Tim Shoptaugh started the match with a 6-1, 6-0 win at number two, and number one Russell Turley followed soon after with a 6-1,6-0 defeat of Mike Willhoft.  Wes Hill played the match of his short season with a solid performance and 7-5,6-3 win over Jason Lee at three. 

Travis Scharr fell at #4 to Alex Boutin to make it 3-1.  Trevor Harris recovered from a slow start down 4-1 and came back to win 7-5,6-2 and give the Majors a 4-1 lead. 

Turley and Shoptaugh continued their undefeated ways in D III play and secured the victory with sound thumping of Fallon and Willhoft 8-2.  Chris Rolen recovered after a second set collapse and rebounded for a 6-1,2-6,6-3 win and padded the lead to 6-1. 

Puckett and Scharr fell at two 8-5 against Lee and Boutin.  Senior Jeff Newbern and Wes Hill served well and pounded their opponents literally 8-3.
