The Millsaps Lady Majors went 3-2 in Atlanta last weekend at Oglethorpe in the Cross-divisional #2 tournament. The Lady Majors began the weekend by defeating Sewanee in three straight games (30-26, 30-19, 30-20). Ashley Weber led the team with 15 kills, and Jennifer Pujol tallied 12. Defensively, Cassidy Baker had 12 digs, while Weber finished the game with 10.

Later in the afternoon, Millsaps fell to Depauw(IN) in four games (23-30, 30-18, 30-21, 30-26). Three Majors had double digit kills: Collen Kelly (17), Pujol (14), and Weber (11).

The team lost their first match on Saturday to Centre(KY) in four games (30-10, 27-30, 30-19, 30-28) before rallying together to win their last two games of the weekend, beating Rose-Hulman in five (30-22, 25-30, 30-32, 30-22, 15-11), and host team Oglethorpe in three straight games (30-17, 30-9, 30-22).
