An Else School education doesn't begin and end in the classroom. Both the graduate and undergraduate programs offer students the opportunity to participate in a number of activities designed to broaden their educational experience. These activities, which range from internships to operation of the Wilson Fund, allow students to blend theory with practical, real world situations.

Student organizations also promote a sense of cohesiveness and camaraderie among students. Community service, professional development seminars, and social activities provide numerous opportunities for students to form relationships, which they will maintain past their tenure at the Else School.

In addition to student body activities, several prestigious business honoraries are chartered at Millsaps College. These include Beta Gamma Sigma, Beta Alpha Psi, the Financial Management Association and Omicron Delta Kappa.
