The Millsaps Horizons program aims to give prospective students a taste of real college life – uncanned.

Throughout the day, student visitors participate in classes of their choice, eat lunch in the Millsaps cafeteria with current students, find out about student services and academic programs and talk to a student panel about what life is like on campus. Horizons also offers a companion program for parents that includes sessions covering admissions hints and tips, financial aid advice, study abroad programs and information on how Millsaps helps current students and recent graduates land the jobs of their dreams.

"A campus visit is the best way to learn about a college, and our visit program provides a glimpse into a real day in the life of a Millsaps student," said Ann Hendrick, Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. "It's an informative and enjoyable day for our guests."
