Smith Donates
Professional Library to Millsaps Dr. Harmon L. Smith, Emeritus Professor of Moral Theology in the Divinity School at Duke Univer-sity, has donated his professional library to Millsaps. The collection, consisting of more than 2,000 volumes, contains books on theo-logy, Christian ethics, human sexuality, and medical ethics. Smith received his B.A. degree from Millsaps in 1952. “We are extremely pleased to receive Dr. Smith’s collection of books,” said Tom Henderson, Associate Librarian at the Millsaps-Wilson Library. “The Harmon Smith Collection of Christian Ethics is a valuable gift which complements some of our other collections, and certainly adds considerable depth to the library’s resources.” PREVIOUS PAGE | PAGE 1 OF 1 | NEXT PAGE |
