Publications Receive Five Awards Millsaps won five awards for its publications in the senior division at the 2000 College Public Relations Association of Mississippi Conference and Competition. Millsaps Magazine was chosen the best magazine produced by Mississippi private and state universities and colleges, including graduate and professional schools. “Albert Davis: A Photographer’s World,” in the fall 1999 magazine, won second place in the “Feature Story” category. Millsaps admissions publications won three of six total awards in the “Viewbook” and “Admissions and Recruitment Piece” categories. Award winners in the Offices of Communications and Admissions were Nicole Bradshaw, Bryant Butler, Gary Fretwell, John Gaines, Judy Oglesby, Jon Parrish Peede, and Kevin Russell.
