Andrew Felo’s (acct.) paper, “Ethics Programs, Board Over- sight, and Perceived Disclosure Credibility: Was the Treadway Commission Correct?,” has been accepted by Research on Accounting Ethics. Felo’s paper, “Ethics Programs, Board Oversight, and Potential Conflicts of Interest,” has been accepted by the Journal of Business Ethics. Will Lamb (mgmt.) and Boty McDonald (bus. law) made a presentation titled “The punitive damages debate: will sparing the rod spoil the firm?” at the International Association for Business and Society conference.Walter Neely (fin.) organized and was a member of a panel at the Southwestern Finance Association meeting in San Antonio on student-managed investment funds.
