Anonymous Speaks Out
Framed between congressional elections and the House impeachment inquiry, Joe Klein attracted a capacity crowd to the Millsaps AC Recital Hall on November 12. The "Anonymous" author of Primary Colors spoke mostly from the political middle ground, criticizing the President’s moral choices but also arguing that great leaders are often greatly flawed. In addition to local print and television coverage, C-SPAN taped the Arts & Lecture event and aired it on November 28. C-SPAN reaches 70 million television households worldwide.
