Moving up three spots from #90 to #87 out of 233 colleges, Millsaps College continues to be the top-ranked liberal arts college in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. Millsaps College was the only private college in Mississippi included as part of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance rankings of 300 top colleges across the country. Introduced in 1998, the rankings now combine public schools, private universities and private liberal arts colleges into a single, comprehensive list. Kiplinger also ranked the top 100 best values in each category.
