I received my bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering at Pune University, India, and my master’s in Business Administration from Jamia Millia University in New Delhi, India. I earned my Ph.D. in marketing at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. My research interests include the areas of branding, advertising and social media marketing. My work has appeared in the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Product and Brand Management, the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services and Marketing Education Review.
