Assistant Professor of Management

I am an assistant professor of management at the Else School of Management. With a Ph.D. in management from the University of North Texas, I bring over 6 years of work experience from the construction industry to my classes. I teach both undergraduate and graduate courses such as Intro to management, Organization Design and Change, Entrepreneurship, and Business Strategy. In my classes, I draw upon real-life business scenarios and strive to cultivate critical thinking in my students. Additionally, I am actively involved in research on management-related topics that intersect with business and society. I am particularly interested in topics such as managing technology and innovation, and the ethical implications of regulation. I have presented my work at multiple national conferences and have had my work published in the Journal of Business Ethics, a Fortune 50 Journal. Recently, my work was featured by Research Features, an organization dedicated to making all research more accessible and engaging by bridging the gap between complex bodies of research and audiences.
