The Advanced Applied Leadership Program offered through the Millsaps College Else School of Management is a comprehensive leadership course designed to help aspiring mid-level and senior executives make the transition from functional leadership to effective, big picture, executive leadership.
Post-baccalaureate training and development programs that equip professionals with practical tools and leadership skills. Increase your capability and agility to operate effectively in a rapidly-changing business environment.
We are offering a series of stand-alone courses called “Financial Series for Non-Finance Managers.” One of the common themes we’ve heard from business leaders is a need for greater financial confidence in leaders who don’t have financial backgrounds yet make decisions that affect financial outcomes. Many capable and productive managers fall into this category.

The Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics provides the training and tools to develop skills with big data that help organizations make informed decisions. With four courses offered online, you can complete the certificate within 12 months while continuing to work, and you can put the knowledge and skills you gain to work immediately. For participants interested in an MBA or MAcc from Millsaps College, the courses included in the certificate count toward your master's degree.
In this new series, our faculty, staff, alumni, and friends will provide information about business leadership and processes as well as opportunities for executive training and education to support the Else School’s mission of serving both the business community and community-at-large.
