Monthly Checklist for Student Accounts

Business Office

January

  • Spring registration and classes begin.
  • All payment plans must be current.
  • All documentation must be received in order to clear registration. Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
  • Students registered for the Spring semester receive email notification of their registration status.
  • 5 Payment Plan: payment due (spring term) - See Payment Options

February

  • Refund checks will be mailed upon request to the student's home address. (Refunds will not be processed until all funds are received. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of federal funds.)
  • 5 Payment Plan: payment due (spring term) - See Payment Options
  • 3 Payment Plan: payment due (spring term)

March 

  • Priority deadline for next year's Financial Aid awards and submission of forms to that office.
  • All accounts must be paid in full by March 31st.

  • 3 Payment Plan: payment due (spring term)
  • 2 Payment Plan: payment due (spring term) 

April

  • Registration for upcoming Fall Semester.
  • Summer School registration.
  • All graduation fees must be paid prior to commencement.

May

  • Payment Plan Enrollment.
  • Summer School Registration and classes begin - First Summer Term. Full payment is due to complete registration.

June 

  • Fall semester statements will be delivered to students who have registered for classes.
  • Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
  • Student Health Insurance (more information coming soon)
  • 5 Payment Plan: payment due (fall term) - See Payment Options

July

  • Summer School Registration and classes begin - Second Summer Term. Full payment is due to complete registration.
  • Fall statements will be delivered to students who have registered for classes.
  • Fall semester full payment is due by July 15th.
  • Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
  • Student Health Insurance (more information coming soon)

August

  • Refunds should be requested during registration.

  • Spring semester full payment is due by December 15th.

NOTICE: Student account statements will be mailed around the 20th of each month.
