Monthly Checklist for Student Accounts
Business Office
January
- Spring registration.
- All payment plans must be current.
- All documentation must be received in order to clear registration. Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
- Students registered for the Spring semester receive email notification of their registration status.
February
- 2nd Spring deferred payment is due by February 1st. (See Payment Options)
Refund checks will be mailed upon request to the student's home address.
- Refunds will not be processed until all funds are received.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of federal funds.
March
- Last Millsaps Plan payment for the current academic year is due.
- Final Spring deferred payment is due by March 15th. (See Payment Options)
- Priority deadline for next year's Financial Aid awards and submission of forms to that office.
- All accounts must be paid in full by March 31st.
April
- Registration for upcoming Fall Semester.
- Summer School registration.
- Business Office Student Information folders sent to all students.
- All graduation fees must be paid prior to commencement.
May
- Millsaps Plan Applications are due.
- Summer School Registration - First Summer Term. Full payment is due to complete registration.
June
- Millsaps Plan bank drafts begin on the 5th and continue on this date for the next 10 months. (See Payment Options)
- Fall semester statements will be delivered to students who have registered for classes.
- Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
- Student health information and online waiver are available. Students should take action regarding health insurance requirements.
July
- Summer School Registration - Second Summer Term. Full payment is due to complete registration.
- Fall statements will be delivered to students who have registered for classes.
- Fall semester payment or 1st Fall deferred payment is due by July 15th. (See Payment Options)
- Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
- Student health information and online waiver are available. Students should take action regarding health insurance requirements.
August
- Fall registration for class changes.
- Final payment arrangements must be complete.
- Refunds should be requested during registration.
- All documentation must be received in order to clear registration. Students should access My Documents on Major Access for required documents.
- Students registered for the Fall semester receive email notification of their registration status.
September
- 2nd Fall deferred payment is due by September 1st. (See Payment Options)

NOTICE: Student account statements will be mailed around the 20th of each month.
