Lucy coordinates the content and design of the Millsaps website and works with the Web Team to ensure that the website is both cutting edge and easily accessible to many. She helps members of the college community develop and maintain their sections of the website, helps provide consistent navigation and web standards within the site, and coordinates web technology efforts with Information Technology Services. |

Penta provides administrative support for the communications office. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing office budget, mail flow, phone traffic, supply requisition, and special projects as needed. Penta orders letterhead, business cards, and nametags for the campus. |

Sophie assists the Communications and Marketing Office and all other departments on campus with developing and implementing significant public relations and marketing initiatives, programs, and services. She is also responsible for photography needs throughout campus. Sophie monitors and interacts with social media websites on behalf of Millsaps, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Flickr.
