2008 Baseball Media Guide Named "Best in Nation" by CoSIDA
Out of 24 entries, 60-page baseball guide takes top honors in Division III

June 12, 2008

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – Temple University Associate Director of Media Relations Cathy Bongiovi announced today the contest results for CoSIDA's 2008 Division C baseball media guide category as Millsaps College's 60-page publication designed by the sports information department was named "Best in the Nation" amongst Division III schools.

Complete with a season preview, player profiles, a season in review, conference and national honors, year-by-year results, NCAA Tournament appearances, facility information and career and single-season records, the 2008 baseball guide best represented the ongoing tradition that is Millsaps baseball coached by 20th-year skipper Jim Page.

The guide has continued to grow each year with the help of a strong supporting cast inside the sports information department. Thanks go out to contributing editors Nathan Booth, Jonathan Brooks, Jessica Clincy and the Millsaps Communications Department. Photography was provided by Frank Ezelle, printing was provided by Service Printers Inc., and the cover was designed by Tim Little of Blue Fox Art, Inc.
