The Majors had their practice schedule shortened by Hurricane Katrina, but they were still able to finish in fourth place in the University of South Alabama Invitational.

Will Benton led the Majors finishing in 23rd place with a time of 20:10 followed by Taylor Weglicki at 20:42. Forest Tutor was 38 seconds behind him at 21:20 followed by Michael Yablick at 22:57. Ahmed Elalighe finished fifth among the Majors at 25:39.
