The Lady Majors lost 8-1 to a tough Belhaven (8-2) team and dropped their record to 4-6.

Once again the Lady Majors lost to a regionally/nationally ranked caliber team. Senior All-SCAC Katie Anderson joined with new partner Beth Piraino for the first time and won to give the Lady Majors a 1-0 lead that would prove the only point for the match.

Belhaven evened the match with a 8-0 thumping at number one over Mia Cowgill and Beth Sadler. Leslie Frese, first match after basketball, with Hillary almost came through to give the Lady Majors a 2-1 lead.

Kirby Smith defeated Beth Piraino, Prado defeated Katie Anderson, Chance defeated Frese, Johnson defeated Sadler, Christie defeated Cowgill, and Entzenberger defeated Hamblen to make the final score 8-1 and leave the Majors at 4-6 on the season.
