Your financial support of the Library makes a big difference to the teaching mission at Millsaps! Whatever the amount, your generosity allows us to maintain and expand our collections and services.
Benefactors can make lasting donations to the Millsaps Library by establishing collection endowments. The principal of the endowment remains intact, and only a percentage of the earned income is used by the Library annually. You may name a collection endowment for yourself, or you may honor or memorialize a family member or friend. A customized bookplate is placed in all items acquired with a fund's income.
For each gift of $50 or more, the library will place a bookplate in a newly purchased book. A bookplate can honor an alumni, friend, or relative. Monetary gifts can be given by mail at the address below or you can make secured donations to Millsaps on-line. Click the online gift form to make your donation and indicate that you would like your contribution to go to the Millsaps-Wilson Library.
Donors can contribute towards naming large spaces or small spaces in the Millsaps Library. Please contact the College Librarian for further information.
Donations of Books
In addition to endowment gifts, gifts of books and other materials can make an important impact upon the library's collections. You may also make a gift of materials, including books, periodicals, personal papers, photographs, and other materials. These treasured volumes from your collection will help enrich our holdings by allowing us to add titles we cannot afford to purchase.
Let us know how you would like to contribute or if you have any questions. 601-974-1070.
Thank you for your interest in the Millsaps-Wilson Library.
