The
Körös
Regional Archaeological Project (KRAP) is directed
by Dr. William Parkinson of Florida
State University and operates in eastern Hungary.
Each year, ten undergraduate students accompany Dr.
Parkinson into the field, where they participate in
the excavation of a Copper Age village. All expenses
are paid by the project, and so competition for a spot
on the crew is tight. However, the last two years a
Millsaps student has earned the opportunity to participate
in this very exciting field school.
