David Sneed has been promoted to Dean of Students.  He has served as the Associate Dean of Students since 1991.
   Sneed received his B.S. in Agriculture Education and M.A. in education at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky., and his Ph.D. at the University of Memphis.  He came to Millsaps with seven years of experience in student affairs and is committed to improving student life programs and services.
   Sneed resides in Jackson with his wife Susan and their son Andy.
