Welcome
to the Millsaps College Department of Performing Arts: Theatre.
The program offers a fully integrated course of study leading to
a major or minor in Theatre. Students study all aspects of theatre
and have the opportunity to put this study into practice at Millsaps'
own fully equipped theatre facility. The Theatre program integrates
academic work with a performance program of mainstage plays, workshops,
visiting artists, special events and a unique Professional Theatre
Internship option. Small classes and individual instruction give
the student ample opportunity to study and practice the art of the
