Purpose of Guidelines
Millsaps recognizes the World Wide Web as a powerful tool for communicating with external audiences, as well as for facilitating the exchange of information within the College community. The quality of information published by Millsaps also plays a vital role in conveying the image and reputation of the College. Therefore, it is important that our pages provide the best possible representation of Millsaps College.
The following guidelines are meant to provide all Millsaps web audiences with information and content thatis as accurate, credible, and timely as possible, and to assure a uniform and appealing appearance while preserving and promoting the identity and image of the College.

All websites and pages residing on college servers or funded by college budgets must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as Millsaps College's other applicable policies, rules, and regulations. In addition, pages on the Millsaps website should not contain links to external pages or content that are in violation of applicable laws or policies.
