I serve as the associate dean of the Else School of Management and professor of economics at Millsaps College. As associate dean, I provide leadership in the areas of strategic planning, curriculum development and institutional assessment. In the classroom, I provide a pragmatic and evidence-based approach to areas such as econometrics, managerial analysis and labor economics. Through my classes and as a faculty sponsor of ELSEWORKS, the entrepreneurial program, I actively engage students in real-world problem solving, fostering a commitment to community impact. I developed and led the Millsaps College Business Advantage Program for Professionals. Prior to my current role, I directed the MBA and Executive MBA programs.
