The Else School of Management offers two dynamic MBA pathways designed to prepare professionals for leadership in today’s data-driven world. Whether you choose our traditional MBA or the MBA with Analytics (MBAA), you’ll gain a strong foundation in management, marketing and finance—along with the critical thinking and strategic skills to lead across industries. The MBAA dives deep into data management, analytics, AI and visualization to equip graduates with the tools to harness data for smarter decisions and innovative growth.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The traditional MBA curriculum is structured around three tiers.
Foundation Courses
(up to 15 credit hours)

These prerequisite courses cover accounting, economics, marketing, finance, management, statistics with regression and college algebra. Depending on your prior academic background, some or all of these courses may be waived.
Core Courses
 (18 credit hours)

The MBA Core Courses focus on key business domains, including principled leadership, financial performance, data analysis for decision-making, navigating complex environments, business communication and competitive strategy.Â
Electives
(12 credit hours)

Customize your MBA with electives in areas such as data analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, global studies and marketing.
Program Duration
- Full-Time Students: Complete the program in as little as 12 months once foundation courses are satisfied.
- Part-Time Students: Program length varies based on the number of courses taken each semester.
Master of Business Administration with Analytics (MBAA)
The MBAA program integrates traditional business education with advanced analytics training, preparing you to lead in data-driven environments.

- STEM Designation – This 30-credit-hour program is ideal for those aiming to drive innovation and growth across industries. It also qualifies for Optional Practical Training (OPT) extensions, benefiting international students.
