Post Office
The Millsaps College Post Office receives and distributes all mail and packages for students, faculty and staff. The Post Office is located on the first floor of the Boyd Campbell College Center, across from the campus bookstore. Below are some important facts about sending and receiving mail and packages.

The mail is only delivered and picked up once per day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
If you need Post Office services after 1:00 p.m. please see a bookstore associate. Bookstore hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Postage and mailing packaging material are available for sale in the bookstore.

- USPS delivers mail to Millsaps College once a day at 8:30 a.m. and picks up mail once a day at 3:30 p.m..
- USPS, FedEx and UPS do not deliver or pick up at Millsaps College on federal holidays or weekends.
- The Millsaps College Post Office is closed when the college offices are closed.
- An overnight piece must be at the office by noon for pickup that day.
- Outgoing FedEx and UPS packages need to be in the Millsaps College Post Office before noon to be shipped that day.
- All students who live on campus are assigned a mailbox. Students must use their key to access their mailbox.
- Students, faculty and staff will be notified by email when their package has arrived at the Post Office.
Department Mail
Important Mail Preparation Information
- All departmental mail must have a return address with a faculty/staff name or box number.
- To ensure proper billing, all Millsaps College mail must list the billing department, office or box number in the return address.
- All campus mail must be in box number order and have a return box number.
- Envelope flaps must be down to be sealed.
- Please separate the mail for sealing from the already-sealed mail.
- The Post Office does not seal flats or invitation-style envelopes, so please be sure they are sealed prior to arriving at the Post Office.
